In the last three years, we have successfully onboarded and trained over 40 Graduate Occupational Therapists with our industry-leading training modules and new graduate program.

Start dates can be flexible throughout Jan-March 2025 depending on your preference.
If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS.
You will work alongside 80+ dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests, playing an integral part in clients' personal growth and development.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include: Skill building and capacity building Functional assessments Sensory assessments Assistive technology assessments Home and living assessments Home modification assessments You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.
Graduate Program: You will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.

For this reason, we: Provide resources for our staff to work from home Aim to minimise excess travel Give you ownership of your own calendar to book appointments that suit your schedule Provide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking Offer the ability to work part-time, reduced hours, or a compressed 9-day fortnight (after probation) Provide an extra week of annual leave per year upon completion of 3 years of service Learning and Development: At ORS, we value the clinical and professional development of our staff.
To support this goal, we have a team of discipline-specific experts with 20+ years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience.
You will connect with these experts in one-on-one and group training sessions, with round-the-clock specialist support available.
You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy-specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services).
These are offered live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to suitable training, with opportunities to pursue clinical specialisation.

You will work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to create a plan to achieve these goals.
