The role
Are you tired of the bureaucracy and politics of big firms, but still want to work on quality transactions?
We're looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our rapidly expanding Banking & Finance team.
We're a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.
This is a Lawyer position, working with Tricia Moloney and Andrew Vincent.
Working in the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex finance transactions, with a particular focus on corporate, property, and project finance.
You will work closely with Tricia and Andrew, but the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take a leading role in the matters, draft complex documents and liaise directly with clients.
We're looking for someone:
with 4+ years' experience with Banking & Finance experience with a genuine passion for problem-solving and thinking outside the box that is keen to be involved with the firm's business development activities wanting a fantastic team culture with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset The firm
