Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial leadership.

We are seeking an experienced executive to join our team and lead the company to its next growth phase over the next 3-5 years, aligning with our vision.
What you'll be doing
Formulating and implementing the company's financial strategy to support its overall business objectives Directing and overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management Analysing financial data and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements Managing the finance team and supporting their professional development Advising the CEO and executive team on strategic financial decisions Representing the company to external stakeholders such as lenders and auditors Supporting M&A activity to align with the Company strategy What we're looking for
Qualified accountant with 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment Proven track record of driving financial performance and business growth Exceptional financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business strategies Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing finance teams Degree in Accountancy and CPA qualified, essential What we offer
