As our Patient Experience Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing every patient's journey, driving operational excellence, and leading a passionate team to deliver world-class service.About the RoleAs the Patient Experience Manager, you'll oversee and optimize all aspects of the patient journey while managing and mentoring our Treatment Coordinators (TCs) and Patient Consultants (PCs). You'll champion a patient-first culture, ensuring seamless, personalized experiences for every individual who walks through our doors. Your leadership will be instrumental in operational efficiency, team engagement, and patient satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the TC and PC teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional service delivery.Develop and implement training programs to enhance patient communication and service skills.Patient Experience Optimization:Foster a compassionate, patient-first culture that reflects Nova Dental's commitment to excellence.Monitor the patient journey, addressing pain points and implementing solutions to improve satisfaction and retention.Act as the escalation point for complex patient concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.Operational Excellence:Develop and monitor KPIs for patient care, including response times, appointment adherence, and satisfaction scores.Manage scheduling workflows to ensure clinics meet operational standards.Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams for seamless communication.Strategic Initiatives:Lead patient feedback initiatives, using insights to enhance processes and service delivery.Implement tools like ticketing systems to support task prioritization and efficiency.Prepare performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities.What You BringEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.Experience:3–5 years in a leadership role within a patient-facing environment (e.g., healthcare, dental, customer service).Proven success in team management and operational excellence.Skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and inspire teams.Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in patient management tools and CRM systems.Analytical mindset to leverage data for informed decision-making.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Patient satisfaction scores and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).Timeliness and accuracy of appointment updates.Resolution rate for patient escalations.Team performance metrics, including training completion and adherence to service standards.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven team transforming lives through exceptional dental care.Enjoy a collaborative, patient-focused culture in a state-of-the-art facility.Competitive salary with 0.75% commission on sales (average case value: $38,000).Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Take the Next Step in Your CareerIf you're ready to lead a dedicated team, enhance patient experiences, and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.Apply today to join Nova Dental Implants Centre - Perth and help us transform lives, one smile at a time
