West Perth Dental Centre & its sister clinics are looking for a happy and caring professional to join our expanding Front Office Team full time.
GREAT hours - 3-4 days a week, no lates and no Saturdays.
We are a Preventive based Practice that also provides a large variety of Dental Services for our loyal Patients.
You require experience in, but not limited to;
Professional Etiquette in answering busy telephones
Excellence in Patient Care and Service skills
Experience and confidence with dental software - D4W in particular
The basic understanding of Dentistry to comfortably present Treatment Plans
Maintaining busy appointment books 100% today and 100% tomorrow
Receipting Patients and managing their health fund queries
Following structure and systems diligently, our Practice is fully structured with systems in place to add ease and efficiency to the days
Actively being a Team Player in all areas of the Practice
Building solid relationships with Patients and noting / remembering what is important to them
Having FUN in your day and being part of a happy team

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in running clinical operations.
Your focus will be on providing exceptional care and attention to our patients, contributing to our practice's welcoming and caring atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in working a dental practice, with strong leadership and communication skills.
You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nurses get to be:
Patient Care Support: Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout treatments.
Instrument Management: Sterilize and organize instruments, prepare trays, and maintain equipment for efficient dental procedures.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, update charts, and document treatment plans meticulously.
Radiography Assistance: Take and process dental x-rays following safety guidelines and aiding in diagnostic procedures.
Administrative and Office Support: Schedule appointments, manage inventory, and aid in office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
