The Site Victoria Health Club is a new state of the art facility located in St. Kilda, creating a place of results and belonging for anyone that steps in the doors.
The facilities and services include high performance gymnasium, personal training, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool, recovery pool, recovery equipment and learn to swim lessons.
The centre's holistic approach to health and wellbeing is evident in the high level of engagement and interaction, customer experience, access and inclusion along with the evidence-based services provided in centre.
The Role We are seeking enthusiastic fitness professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.
The ideal candidate will be able to offer personal training sessions as needed.
Skills & Attributes Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.Minimum Cert IV in Personal TrainingCurrent fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity AustraliaCurrent Senior First Aid CertificateCurrent CPR CertificateValid Working With Children CheckAgree to undergo police check as part of the employment processDriven to success with a friendly can-do attitudeAvailability to work evenings and weekends is essentialPrevious industry experience is highly regarded The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
