Our Glengarry campus is an extended stay and outdoor experiential education campus located in the pristine Kangaroo Valley, two hours south west of Sydney.
It provides a distinctive learning environment in which Year 9 boys discover the tools they need to grow into fine young men.
Glengarry's residential program is a unique, expansive experience that accelerates boys' social development and is renowned as a rite of passage into manhood.

About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Outdoor Education Instructor to join our dynamic Glengarry team.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with 3-year contracts on offer.
Meals are included each day as is access to College facilities such as the gym, mountain bike trails, and use of outdoor equipment (upon request).
Outdoor Staff will be provided with a full outdoor uniform including a rain jacket.
They will also be provided with a tent, sleeping bag, trangia, hike pack, and sunscreen.
First Aid kits are supplied by the college and audited by our on-site registered nursing team.
Allowances for hike boots, bike helmet, bike servicing, and replacement parts are incorporated into the salary package.
Staff are required to supply their own mountain bike.
Outstanding professional development opportunities are also on offer, along with a competitive remuneration package.
Minimum Requirements: Wilderness First Aid Certificate (course may be offered by the College).Certificate IV, Diploma in Outdoor Recreation or a Degree in Outdoor Education with recognized competency in at least three of the following areas: Bushwalking, Navigation, Mountain Biking, Flat water canoeing/kayaking, Abseil natural and artificial surfaces, Climbing natural and artificial surfaces, Caving, Sea Kayaking, Canyoning, SurfingDemonstrated experience of at least three years working in the Outdoor Education industryLight Rigid Licence (or willing to obtain prior to commencing employment)Royal Life Saving Bronze MedallionDesirable criteria to be considered: Previous Boarding/Residential experience and/or Teaching Qualifications are desirableAn active interest in outdoor education activities and experiential learning.Ability to drive a manual vehicleWe are looking for someone who is: A confident and collaborative team player and an excellent communicatorProactive and innovativeCommitted to one's own ongoing learningReady to infuse the Christian ethos into teaching practiceProfessional and has personal integrityFlexible and open to changeWilling to work flexible hours and weekend days as the job and program requires.Further Information: The College has a strong Christian mission and provides a dynamic educational experience, inspiring our Scots boys to become fine young men of integrity and principle who support each other in their quest for excellence.
