We are looking for an experienced people leader to support and grow our Centre Based Service at DPV Health.
Based in the stunning green landscape of Farm Vigano and Whittlesea, you'll be inspired and motivated to:
Provide effective individual and centre wide communication to participants, family and carers Create a positive environment for all participants Provide direct supervision and performance management to Disability Instructors and Personal Care Attendants that encourage individual commitment and accountability with a focus on results of annual plans and DPV Health key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to enhance the financial sustainability of Centre-Based Services DPV Health's Disability Services are run by skilled teams of experts who tailor support plans to suit the persons individuals needs and provide ongoing programs and support to achieve the participant's goals.
You'll be required to work Monday to Friday and have a full driver's licence to travel between sites when required.

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have:
Tertiary qualification relevant to Disability Service Demonstrated experience in NDIS disability service provision, e.g.
provision of Centre-Based Services Demonstrated experience in a leadership position Demonstrated experience in managing monthly and annual service budgets The fine print
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance Check.
