Change Manager (Career Comeback Program) Location: Sydney
Program Start Date: Monday 10th March 2025
Overview: This opportunity is part of our Career Comeback program within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) team.
You're an experienced professional who's taken a career break of two years or more and are looking to return to the workforce.
The program will run for 12 weeks and is designed to provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive.
At the end of the program, permanent positions are available based on your performance and motivation to succeed.
Responsibilities: Sitting within our Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology team, you'll be accountable for business change management activities across multiple projects.
Your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills will see you actively build internal relationships and networks, allowing you to understand and manage the impact of complex large scale projects.
As a strategic thinker, you'll act as an advisor and coach to the business community.
Overall, you're a self-starter and passionate about achieving an exceptional end user experience.
Qualifications: Taken a career break of 2+ years and are interested in returning to work Relevant professional experience as a change manager, business or technical project manager, banker, or similar Knowledge of Agile methodology (or willingness to obtain) Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders Permanent Australian working rights and are Sydney based Benefits: A 12-week program on a paid fixed-term contract, with the possibility to roll into a permanent position at the end of the program Flexible work arrangements - catered specifically to your life Comprehensive onboarding and industry-specific skills training Access to individual career coaching A dedicated mentor and manager who will assist you in your transition back to work, with regular check-ins Discover more about the program at commbank.com.au/careercomeback
