Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in legal/ insurance. Litigation/ Dispute Resolution - Our client is seeking an experienced senior legal secretary to work within a busy litigation team. Great hourly rate on offer Immediate Start. Long term assignment. Legal Personal Assistant (Property) - temporary contract. Our client is seeking a bright personal assistant to provide high-level support to a busy Partner within a busy property team. This position is available on an ongoing basis and is open for an immediate start. Defendant Insurance Secretary - Our client is seeking an amazing secretary to assist a dynamic and busy team. You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in defendant insurance and be able to start immediately. Key Responsibilities In any of these roles, you'll be a crucial part of an excellent and high-performing team, assisting with general administrative tasks such as:
File and matter management Document drafting and editing Diary management Additional ad hoc administrative tasks The Perfect Candidate To be successful in any of these roles, you will need prior legal experience. You will have excellent IT skills, including great working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. In addition, you will:
