Job Description Hone your sales skills, learn the ins and outs of the home loan industry, and pave the way for a successful career in finance or mortgage broking.
Our Associates Team forms a vital layer of our sales organisation.
This team focuses on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers around the country.
As an Aussie Mortgage Sales Associate, you'll handle inbound customer enquiries while also making outbound contact with leads to see if we can assist with their lending needs.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs.Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key info.Providing exceptional experiences for our customers.Qualifications OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: This is a full-time role well suited to final year university students, recent graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
To nurture your skills and best position you for success and development, full-time office attendance is required during your first three months to immerse you in the business.
Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.

As an Aussie Associate, you: Have the ability to take control of your earning potential, with a base salary and results-based bonuses paid weekly.Develop a solid sales foundation and gain an intimate knowledge of the home loan process and mortgage market.Will have legitimate opportunities for career progression.Receive best-in-class sales training, a dedicated mentor, and have the opportunity to learn from (and enjoy some healthy competition with) your peers on the sales floor.Will belong to a family of over 1300 brokers and 600 team members.
