The Role As a Project Manager at ResX, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards and our clients' visions.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of a production, including:
Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements, provide accurate quotes, and manage timelines efficiently.Lead the execution of events, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments.
You will oversee the technical and logistical elements of production, guaranteeing that everything runs smoothly from setup to pack down.Key Criteria To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Experience in Project Management or leadership roles in a production environment; with demonstrable experience in overseeing events from concept to execution.Strong Client-Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, and your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is critical to our success.Team Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, requiring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to think on your feet and manage challenges proactively will be vital for ensuring the success of our projects.Passion for Production: A genuine interest in the entertainment industry, coupled with a knowledge of production equipment and practices, will set you apart from other candidates.Why Join ResX?
