We are slowly becoming the stand alone market leader in the US market and are looking for the right candidate to join us on this exciting journey.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at swipejobs, you will work closely with the executive team, engineering team, and other key stakeholder to ensure the quality of our mobile and web applications through manual testing.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product development teams to understand project requirements and specificationsCollaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plansConduct various types of manual testing such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testingDevelop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reportsManage defects and issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysisContinuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and toolsProvide input on product design and usability to ensure a seamless user experienceExperience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in manual testing, including test planning, test case design, and test executionExperience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanStrong understanding of software testing principles and practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with test management tools such as JIRAAll candidates must have valid working rights in AustraliaWhy swipejobs:A chance to work on a market leading US software productEnd to end exposure to the full software development life cycleWorking in a start up environment with modern offices located in North SydneyA flat organisational structure where everyone is always accessibleOperating in a fast paced and dynamic environment that provides exciting challenges dailyA chance to work on modern technology stack which is cutting edge even for the USFood provided throughout the day whilst working in the office including a free lunchRegular social events in and outside the officeIf you are talented, driven and interested in joining us in our journey; we would like to hear from you.
