Job Description As a Part-time Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in steering the financial ship of this evolving solar power business.
Utilizing MYOB accounting software, you'll manage a diverse range of financial tasks, from BAS preparation to payroll processing.

Responsibilities Manage financial data using MYOB, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and submit quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS) Process staff superannuation payments, maintaining compliance with regulations Handle payroll tasks, including processing and documentation Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity Collaborate with external tax accountants, preparing necessary financial data Optimize financial processes for a virtual work environment Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial efficiency Requirements Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in Australian retail or SME context Proficiency in MYOB accounting software Strong knowledge of Australian tax regulations and BAS requirements Experience with superannuation payment processing and payroll management Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data handling Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong virtual communication skills and adaptability to new technologies Familiarity with transitioning financial processes to digital platforms Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security in a virtual environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
