What you'll be doing The Radiation Therapist will plan and deliver precise radiation therapy while providing patient care.
This role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering accurate radiation therapy treatments.
Providing compassionate patient care.
Working closely with Radiation Oncologists for treatment plans.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for efficient service.
Ensuring optimal delivery of radiation therapy across the district.

Essential Criteria: Qualifications: Graduate of a course in Medical Radiation Science-Radiation Therapy, accredited by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority, Registration: Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Therapist Licence: Eligible for EPA licence by the Department of Environment and Climate Control NSW Selection Criteria: Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of radiation therapy, including demonstrate excellent communication skills in written, oral and electronic formats.
Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls, including radiation safety measures in radiation therapy.
Demonstrated proven ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated interest in continuing professional development, research and quality improvement activities.
Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care.
