Founded in Melbourne in the 1970s, our client has been a cornerstone of the Australian fashion industry.

Each piece is made from luxurious fabrics and designed to flatter all sizes, ensuring every woman feels confident and beautiful.
Available online and in select David Jones and Myer stores nationwide, Anthea Crawford continues to charm women with its sophisticated style, unparalleled quality, and dedication to Australian design.
Role Requirements Availability:
Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, totaling 38 hours per week.
This schedule is designed to align with peak shopping times, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service throughout the week.
Experience:
Proven previous fashion experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and the ability to create an exclusive shopping experience.
Skills:
Exceptional Customer Service: Commitment to providing an exclusive and luxury experience for customers.
You should be adept at understanding and anticipating customer needs, creating personalised shopping experiences, and building long-lasting customer relationships.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The ability to engage with a diverse clientele and team members effectively is crucial.
Positive Attitude: A can-do, enthusiastic attitude that inspires your team and contributes to a positive work environment.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills to empower your team, set and achieve sales targets, and drive growth.
You should be able to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail financials, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control.
You will be responsible for the financial performance of your store, proactively driving sales while minimising costs.
Responsibilities:
Empower and Lead: Step into this role ready to empower your team to achieve targets and drive growth.
Provide guidance and support to ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
Customer Focus: Create an exclusive and luxury shopping experience, building long-lasting relationships with customers.
Your goal is to ensure each customer feels valued and appreciated.
Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Anthea Crawford essence each day.
Ensure that the store environment reflects the brand's sophistication and style.
Sales and Financial Performance: Drive sales and minimise costs to ensure the financial performance of your store.
Use your financial acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the business.
Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations with a high level of autonomy.
Coordinate with staff across the business, and maintain the 'rhythm of the business.'
