Join Brand Collective Footwear brands as we embark on a new era, launching in Myer stores across the country.Lead the Concession team, sharing extensive product knowledge across the brands and creating authentic shopping experiences in a supportive environment.Receive generous discounts for you and your family across our suite of brands.Opening February 2025 with training to commence in January.We are excited to announce the opening of our new Brand Collective footwear stores in Myer across the country, bringing together iconic brands including Reebok, Julius Marlow, Hush Puppies, Volley, Clarks and Grosby.Our stores will offer a curated collection of footwear that combines timeless design, superior comfort and expert craftsmanship for every occasion.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience with a versed knowledge across our brand offering.The role:As we embark on opening brand-new and engaging retail spaces across Australia, we welcome applications for Concession Store Managers to lead the teams at our NEW Brand Collective Footwear Myer Sydney store opening in February 2025.Our store teams are the face of our brands.
They have a wealth of knowledge, passion and love bringing to our customers a truly authentic and memorable customer experience.
Working across Tuesday to Saturday, you will be leading the day-to-day operations of the store while actively and passionately selling to contribute to the store's sales and KPI targets.As a Concession Store Manager, you build and drive a customer-focused culture through leading by example: acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Brand Collective.
You use data and insights for growth opportunities, and you develop effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.Additionally, you:Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience.Have 'operational excellence' front of mind when handling products, visual merchandising and considerations for loss prevention management.Actively maintain a safe place to work with a focus on promoting wellbeing.Recruit, select and train team members.Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering.Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM and marketing opportunities.You bring to the team:Concession or store retail leadership experience.Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for our customers.Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident and tailored to their needs.Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted).Capabilities in training, coaching and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPI's.Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.Just some of the perks we offer you:Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's entire stable of brands
