North West Mining & Civil Pty Ltd Karratha WA We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team based in Karratha.
FIFO from Perth to Karratha 2 : 1 RosterMeals and Accommodation providedLarge variety of projects that will offer you opportunities for challenges and growthOpportunity to be part of a strong team to achieve an excellent standard of workFamily Friendly town with access to a range of amenities and recreational facilitiesCompany vehicleWork Phone / Phone Bill will be coveredOpportunity for progression and trainingWhat you will be working on Reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing onsite project teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of workers on site to ensure that technical and quality standards are achieved safely.
This role will cover a wide range of project scopes including organising materials, allocating labour and scheduling.
What type of Person will be successful Minimum 3+ years' experience within civil, earthworks, and / or mining operations.Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and manage various work crews simultaneously.Experience in coordination of scheduling and allocation of labour, plant, equipment and materials for all projects.Fostering a safety driven team cultureAbility to deliver clear instructions and motivate the team.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsApplicants must be willing and able to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug screening.Who we are North West Mining & Civil Pty Ltd (NWMC) is a leading provider of construction and building services including concrete services, building construction, building maintenance and waste management for mining and commercial clients.
NWMC operates on-the-ground in Karratha and Tom Price across multiple surrounding mines, camps, commercial and residential premises in all facets of civil and construction works.
