The business compounds and dispenses the latest imaging and therapy agents from manufacturers worldwide for use in Radiopharmacies, Oncology, PET Imaging and Medical Imaging Centres and also provides specialist manufacturing services.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative (Radiology) with a strong commercial acumen to oversee sales activities.
This role will oversee all aspects of promotion, marketing and distribution of the GMS radiology product suite including, but not limited to:
Increasing market share for existing GMS radiology products Identifying and launching new synergistic products Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development
Maintain high levels of customer contact to establish leads and opportunities during early phases of development, identifying key decision makers and contributors.
Maintain registration with relevant tender notification bodies in all States & Territories.
Monitor/Action accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including, but not limited to sales leads, pipeline value, sales cycle & post-process analysis in GMS customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Quotations & Tender Submissions
Monitor relevant tender notification bodies in all States & Territories and liaise with internal/external parties to provide complete and timely responses to all tenders involving GMSA products/services.
Identify appropriate equipment, solutions and services to meet customer needs.
Work with Sales & Service Administrator to efficiently develop competitively priced quotations, whilst maintaining or exceeding target GP margins on all products.
Supply appropriate technical data, specification sheets and advice to allow customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Handle related customer questions efficiently and engage manufacturers/suppliers where required to assist with answering enquiries appropriately.
Engage appropriate internal personnel for final review and approval of tender responses prior to submission.
Always maintain strict adherence to regulatory and legal obligations.
Order Fulfilment & Post Market Analysis
Liaise with relevant GMS R/P operations teams to ensure delivery of 'The Service Difference' and highest achievable customer satisfaction levels.
Liaise with internal logistics, warehousing and support staff to ensure timely product/service delivery.
Conduct post-delivery/installation follow up to monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns/dissatisfaction.
Work with Senior Management to develop clearly defined strategies for increasing radiology sales (including, but not limited to core product, Definity – Perflutren Lipid Microspheres) to meet (or exceed) annual sales targets and margins.
Prepare and submit product forecasting and customer gap analysis at regular intervals as requested/required by manufacturing and supply partners.
Prepare and present pipeline sales forecasts, initiatives and results to Senior Management at regular intervals (including quarterly Sales team meetings).
Marketing
Participate in coordination of regional and national scientific meetings and promotional opportunities as requested by National Sales Manager/MD.
Maintain & distribute approved marketing material to appropriate customers in line with GMSA internal marketing protocols.
Liaise with GMSA Regulatory & Compliance team to ensure new marketing material is approved in alignment with all relevant/governing legal & regulatory framework.
Work with Senior Sales Support Officer to maintain updated product specification and technical data sheets.
Communicate changes in product/category marketing, specifications, and technical data to GMSA Web Master to ensure GMSA website remains current and up to date.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Medical Radiations Science (or similar) w/post graduate degree/clinical experience in Sonography (Echocardiography experience preferred, but not essential).
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both autonomously and as part of a broader team environment.
Ability to identify new opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with industry KOLs.
Willingness to travel nationally as required by the role.
