UTS College is the premiere pathway for University of Technology Sydney (UTS) providing a range of academic and English language programs for mainly international students to support their journey towards a successful degree at UTS.

ITDS is therefore a critical component in the achievement of the College vision by planning and delivering digital transformation.
We currently have the opportunity for an ITDS Service Delivery Coordinator, with a focus on IT Financials and Vendor Management, to join the ITDS team on an ongoing basis.
Reporting to the ITDS Service Delivery Manager, the role is responsible for supporting ITDS with daily operations in IT Contract Management, Vendor Management and Procurement.
The role coordinates the day-to-day activities of IT contract management and procurement, including the review and operational coordination of orders, vendor contracts, renewals, terms and conditions, lead times, invoice payments and cost management activities to align with budgetary requirements.
About the RoleResponsibilities include:
Work with ITDS on contracts, vendor performance activities and procurementWork with ITDS to manage and monitor ITDS budget and expenses reviewing any anomaliesMaintain overall view of budget allocations in agreement with Head of ITDSCreate and process Purchase orders to support the effective operations of ITDSProcess all invoices for ITDS within agreed timeframesComply with the UTS College procurement policy and coordinate the management of ITDS procurement processes including formal requests for information, pricing, tender etc.
from vendorsManage all contract documentation and ensure this is signed by appropriate delegation authorities and recorded in the UTS College Contract Management System (CMS)Work with ITDS management to ensure all ITDS vendors meet their contractual obligations, including any vendor performance reports and ensure regular review meetings are conducted with ITDS vendorsManage contract renewal processes and ensure sufficient time is available for contract negotiationsWork with key stakeholders across the organisation, including legal and finance, to ensure all ITDS contracts and vendors deliver their contracted services.Coordinate vendor activities across ITDS to include tracking and monitoring vendor performance reports, scheduling and minuting regular vendor reviews and managing renewal of vendor contracts.About You You will have prior experience in:
Dealing with vendors, commercial and procurement activitiesBachelor's degree in relevant fieldExperience working with third party suppliers in an IT capacityFamiliar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc.
