Fixed term full-time position available immediately. The Precinct Connect Officer provides a range of efficient administrative and student support functions, contributing to the achievement of the faculty's customer service and business objectives.
Working under general direction, the Precinct Connect Officer supports the effective organisation of student activities and requirements during placement at different hospital sites, including responding to queries, providing effective information, and delivering onboarding and orientation support.
To be successful you will need: Sound skills and experience in student and program administration, preferably in a higher education environmentDemonstrated strong customer service skills and a commitment to the student experienceExperience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional, and responsive manner to deliver client-centric results including liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to provide a high level of administrative support in a busy environmentDemonstrated competency in the full suite of Microsoft applications and in records management systemsEnjoy an outstanding career environment The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
