About Us Diverse Pathways (DP) is a growing private multidisciplinary business supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families.
We specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and carers, helping them navigate challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Gender Dysphoria, and Learning or Language Disorders.
Our property in Mardi isn't just an office — it's a haven for healing and growth.
With therapy-friendly farm animals, playgrounds, and serene outdoor areas, it's designed to enhance every aspect of our clients' experience.

About the Role As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that clients receive the best possible care.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, oversee day-to-day operations, and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.
This is a flexible position that can be tailored to the right candidate, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.Develop and implement policies that align with NDIS standards and other regulatory requirements.Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to optimize efficiency and meet financial targets.Team Development:Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of caregivers, facilitators, and support staff.Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional growth.Cultivate a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.Client-Focused Service:Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.Address client concerns and feedback promptly and empathetically.Ensure that individual client goals and preferences are prioritized in service delivery.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Monitor compliance with all NDIS and legal requirements.Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes to promote continuous improvement.Strategic Growth:Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute growth strategies.Work with our strategic partner, CND, to expand our reach and services.Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced leader who shares our commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
