We are known for our patient-focused approach, state-of-the-art facilities, and a team of highly skilled medical professionals committed to excellence in healthcare.Who does the role report to? The Operations Manager team report directly to our COO, Jason Murphy.
Jason is looking for an experienced multi-site General Practice Manager with a can-do attitude.
Our team is used to open and frank conversations that allow us to be our best selves at work and has enabled us to scale rapidly.The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.
This role is key in driving operational excellence across a regional network of clinics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring that our clinics operate efficiently and effectively.
Our Operations Managers are our brand ambassadors representing the CEO and COO at various events, clinic meetings, and industry partnerships.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with clinic managers and staff to optimise operational procedures and patient services.Implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.Manage and coordinate with various departments, including HR, IT, finance, and administration.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards across all clinics.Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational performance.Ensure the delivery of high-performing primary care.Continuous Quality Improvement for all clinics.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff productivity.Liaise with the Chief Operating Officer to report on clinic performance and operational challenges.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably in a healthcare setting with a minimum of 3 years experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication abilities.Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and compliance requirements.Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities.Current driver's licence.Willingness to travel interstate.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare organisation.Professional development opportunities and career advancement.A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply: Provide a brief cover letter that explains why you would make a great fit with our team on a growth journey, the skills you bring to managing General Practices, as well as a snapshot of your career journey thus far.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an operations manager?How many years of business management experience do you have?How many years of people management experience do you have?Are you available to travel for this role when required?What is your expected salary excluding Super?How many weeks of notice do you need to give your current employer?To help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory.
