About the RoleAs a Commercial Home and Investment Lending Assistant, your role is to work with our Commercial Home and Investment Lending Manager/s to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.
You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers.
You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.
As you will be providing dedicated support to our more experienced Home Lenders, you will also be liaising with many of our more complex customers and those stakeholders in commercial banking who we support.
You will support your aligned Lender/s with a number of day-to-day administrative tasks, managing customer communication, loan enquiries, collation and submission of applications.
You will also be involved in activities to provide our customers with a seamless experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Most importantly, you will be responsible for adhering to ANZ's policies, processes and standards.

What will your day look like?As a Commercial Home & Investment Lending Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.Coach customers through each step of the journey.Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coach them, and enjoy inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experience.Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers' experience with ANZ is seamless.Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience.Significant experience in financial services and attention to detail.Experience in being an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to be proactive and work in a collaborative team environment.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
