Look no furtherThis well-established firm, with offices in major cities across the country, is renowned for delivering cutting-edge designs across a range of building structures.This consultancy believes in empowering their engineers to take charge of their projects, build strong client relationships, and reap the long-term rewards that come with it.A flat management structure fosters a collaborative and close-knit environment, where teamwork and innovation thrive.They are currently experiencing a sustained period of growth in the Sydney office, driven by repeat business, new projects, and the stellar reputation of exceptional staff.Join a dynamic and ambitious team, where your hard work will be valued, and your career can soarThe Role As they embark on several large projects entering the detailed design phase, they are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Structural Design Engineer to immediately gain exposure to major projects and to influence their delivery.This is a new position, reflecting a commitment to further expanding an already thriving team.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other Senior and Associate Engineers on a diverse range of building structures, from concept design to construction.Gain exposure to exciting large-scale projects, including mid and high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, residential complexes, aged care facilities, healthcare centers, and schools.Your professional growth is valued and they will provide extensive training, development, and progression opportunities as your experience and expertise expand.The Responsibilities You will work closely with the Senior and Associate Engineers to deliver a range of building structures from concept design through to construction.
You will have variety in your workload and will be exposed to a range of large-scale projects that include mid and high-rise, commercial, residential, aged care, health care, and schools projects.
As your experience grows, so will your responsibilities, and this position has been earmarked for extensive training, development, and progression.

Are currently working as a Senior Structural Engineer for an engineering design consultancy in Australia or are ready to take the step up to SeniorEnjoy the challenge of increasing responsibilitiesHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave experience in the design of concrete buildings that includes floor design, lateral design, column design, and foundation designsHave full working rights in AustraliaThis is your chance to work on a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects, gaining exposure to all stakeholders and enhancing your industry profile.
