HOBAN have an exciting opportunity to join a leading Food Manufacturing Facility as a Warehouse Administration Assistant in EPPING.
Key Responsibilities: Communication and Customer Service: Processing customer orders and responding to inquiries via phone and email.
Administration Support: Including data entry, filing, document generation, and quality assurance for logistics and inventory.
Logistics and Fleet Management: Coordinating shipments, booking deliveries, and monitoring logistics.
Inventory Management: Ensuring stock and services are accurately tracked.
Skills and Experience Required: Previous warehouse or customer service experience, with a focus on operations and administration.
Quick learning abilities (training provided).
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
Ability to build relationships and manage workloads effectively under pressure.
Desired Personal Qualities: Driven and Enthusiastic: Self-motivated with a strong desire to complete tasks effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner, verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in work, strong numeracy, literacy, and problem-solving skills.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer Focused: A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
