Whether it's solar PV, energy storage, automatic standby power generation or off grid power systems, we take our customers on the whole journey from initial inquiry, including on-site assessment using our in-house design software to provide a professionally presented estimate to "Electrify Their Home" through to the systems installation, commissioning, and ongoing warranty support.Qualifications & ExperienceWe require all of our Sales Consultants to have had face-to-face selling experience.
If you've had extensive experience in the solar & energy storage field, this will be well regarded.You will be equipped with strong negotiation skills & a desire to close deals on the spot.Full driver's license with access to a reliable modern motor vehicle.Have an open-minded attitude to new sales techniques and a willingness to learn; however, if you are a 1 in 2.4 closer or better, no need for thatIf you are looking to grow within the business into a senior management role, this would be ideal.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSit 2-3 in-home presentations each day to educate customers & design the ideal energy saving system to "Electrify Their Home".Network with current & existing clients to get referrals.
We provide an excellent incentive rewards program for you.Follow up with customers who are yet to purchase utilizing our ZOHO CRM system and your exceptional business acumen.Achieve set KPI's and sales targets on a quarterly basis.At Westside, we provide the appointments, the training, and the enjoyment of success.
A regular catch-up to ensure targets are being met, discuss ongoing strategies and market innovations are all keys to our success.
Essentially, you will be an experienced self-starter who demands excellence and knows how to handle and close customers.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems do you have experience using?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Solar Sales Consultant?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Do you own or have regular access to a car?What's your expected annual base salary?
