Your Responsibilities: Make a Difference with Venergy Setting Goals: Work collaboratively with the team to set and achieve sales targets.
Develop personal goals aligned with the company's mission for both commercial and residential clients.
Organization: Maintain a well-organized approach to your sales activities, ensuring efficient handling of leads, customer information, and sales data.
Stay organized to maximize productivity and achieve your targets.
Time Management: Effectively manage your time to balance outbound sales calls, your pipeline, email communications, and customer interactions.
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Strategic Thinking: Employ strategic thinking in your sales approach.
Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to tailor your sales strategy.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts.
Deliver compelling sales pitches: that not only highlight our unique value but also adhere to our high ethical standards.
Acquire new customers: through warm outbound sales leads, focusing on Venergy products and packages for both commercial and residential clients.
Craft creative messages: via phone and email, tailoring your approach to each unique customer.
Build genuine connections with prospects through ongoing and meaningful conversations.
Overcome objections share the Venergy story, emphasizing the value in our brand.
Pay meticulous attention to detail regarding customer and sales data entry.
Achieve sales targets and core conversion rates.
Work with only warm leads; no cold calling required.
Earn upto $160k OTE .
