Sales Support Specialist

This primary function of this role is to provide sales support to the sales team including procurement, processing renewals and quote preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities Providing sales support to the sales teamMaintaining maintenance and annuitiesMaintaining ConnectWise to track agreement and license renewalsManaging internal stock levelsProviding assistance with warranty claims and informationCoordinating small contract and license renewals and small product sales including quoting and associated paperworkQuoting, ordering, receipting and delivery of productAssisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, tenders and other correspondence as requiredCoordinating sales events, campaigns, mail outs and functionsLiaising with suppliers to track order and delivery and follow up on back-order itemsMaintaining and monitoring all stock movementMaintaining positive relationships with suppliersStocktaking when requiredEscalating any pricing or timing issues to relevant Account ManagerAssisting the sales team with the maintenance of ConnectWise including developing contacts, lists and sales activityMaintain knowledge of latest and up to date technologiesOther related duties as requiredWho are we looking for? 1 year experience working with Tech Sales in an MSP Company or 2 - 3 years relevant experience from related fieldExperience using ConnectWise is idealTech savvyPrevious experience in a sales support roleBroad knowledge across a large spread of IT infrastructurePrevious experience in a consultative client focused roleAbility to liaise with people at all levels of an organization and maintain effective relationshipsSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyMeticulous attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skills and initiativeEnergetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitudeDesire to learn and growEnjoys working in a team environmentAbility to manage time, prioritize tasks, organize and meet deadlinesWhat we do New Era Technology is a global technology solutions provider with 4,500+ employees and offices around the world.
