What Do You Need to Be Successful? Working towards or holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF.A genuine passion for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships.
