BACKGROUNDThe Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) is a non-profit entity that advances cybersecurity and resilience in the global financial system, protecting financial institutions and the people they serve.

For more information, visit our website www.fsisac.com.POSITION SUMMARYManager, Business Resilience and Exercises, as a member of FS-ISAC's Business Resilience team, is responsible for engaging with member organizations on business resilience projects and exercises.
The position reports to FS-ISAC Director for Global Business Resilience.
The Business Resilience team is a global team with analysts focusing on region-specific, cross-regional, and global topics related to operational resilience, cyber resilience, and exercises.
This position is expected to manage projects and working groups focused on member engagement on resilience topics in the financial sector, the development of risk and resilience analysis products and guides, and the development and execution of exercises.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Manage member committees, such as the Exercise Committee and Business Resilience Committee for the APAC region• Work with members to identify operational risks and understand potential mitigation practices• Conduct independent research on operational risks and develop analytic products related to the research• Develop and maintain sector-level and cross-sector playbooks• Lead the development and execution of the region's tabletop exercises• Responsible for designing and developing exercise materials, such as situation manuals, exercise plans, document-after-action reports, and other documentation to support meeting and exercise facilitation.• Perform exercise planning, documentation, facilitation & post analysis duties.• Work with members to identify exercise topics, develop scenarios, and recruit exercise participants• Work closely with FS-ISAC regional staff to promote awareness and uptake of FS-ISAC exercises and business resiliency activities amongst members, regulators, and government agencies.• Perform other assignments as needed.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:• Well-developed documentation skills in building operational policies and procedures.• Highly-developed prioritization skills with flexibility to expand workload and reorganize priorities.• Analytical - Collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data.• Business Acumen - Understands business implications of activities; able to understand and learn business cultures from around the world.• Interpersonal skills - Effectively interacts with individuals with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.• Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification, in both English and German.• Organizational Support - Follows established policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and values.• Planning and Organizing - Prioritizes tasks and activities effectively; handles multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to plan, coordinate, and implement activities.• Problem Solving - Independently identifies potential problems; effectively communicates issues; offers problem-solving input.• Professionalism – Self-motivated; responsible and disciplined; demonstrates a strong team orientation.• Quality Management - Is detail-oriented; consistently turns in high-quality work without close supervision.• Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; able to edit and write documents in both English.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE• 3 years of experience writing or facilitating tabletop exercises.• 3 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Response, or other related fields.• Some knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.• Proficient in MS Office365 applications including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWORK ENVIRONMENTThis position is hybrid from Singapore or fully remote from Australia and reports to the FS-ISAC Asia Pacific office.
