Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands.
Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which Australia plays a critical role.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Retail Area Manager to join our team.
This role will be based in Sydney's South and East metropolitan areas, with some coverage of regional territories in NSW.
Position Overview: The Retail Area Manager's key objective is to increase sales of SharkNinja products within a specific geographical territory.
This dynamic and agile individual will plan and execute a territory strategy focused on achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and enhancing product shelf presence.
Responsibilities include account management, securing promotional displays, delivering product training to retail staff, and building strong relationships with retail partners, all while aligning SharkNinja's business plans with retailer strategies.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do: Plan and manage your geographical territory to maximize sales output.Deliver a strong in-store presence by ensuring all products meet distribution, shelf position, and space standards.Utilize product training materials to educate and train in-store staff about our categories, products, and brands.Increase SharkNinja's distribution footprint by introducing new product ranges & SKU's to existing and new retailers.Optimize SharkNinja's shelf presence by securing best space and positioning for our products.Execute promotional activities & merchandising in stores.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in selling in the Pharmacy, Electrical, Discount Department Store, Grocery or Hardware channel is highly valued.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Enthusiastic and action-oriented, with a passion for turning ideas into reality and embracing challenges.Demonstrates agility, adaptability, and openness to change.Lead us to be "RARELY SATISFIED"Make things better each day; "PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION"Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that "DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE,"Deliver something great; "WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT"Be clear and honest, "COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT."Explore SharkNinja on our social channels:
