Café ManagerLocation: North Curl Curl, Full Time, HospitalityVacancy Listing Dates: 20 / 12 / 2024 to 17 / 01 / 2025Please Quote Reference Number 98822Immediate start availableRemuneration Package: $75,000 - $85,000Join the team at Bacino Bar Curl CurlBacino Bar Curl Curl is currently looking for an experienced Café Manager to join their team.Minimum Qualifications:To be considered for this position, you will need a relevant diploma qualification in hospitality and at least 2 years of post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.Responsibilities:Ensuring the smooth operation of the café on a daily basis;Placing and arranging daily orders and implementing stock rotation according to the café budget;Training new staff in preparation of meals, health and safety standards, customer service, and systems of operation;Ensuring that the staff are operating the coffee machine as required, maintaining our high standard of quality;Assisting with the creation of weekly rosters;Closing the shop and counting the till;Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop adheres to health safety standards on a daily basis;Receiving, dealing with, and reporting any customer complaints and enquiries;Implementing seasonal changes to the menu and new additions;General maintenance or observation of all equipment to ensure fridges and machines are serviced on a frequent timeline;Maintaining staffing costs, food costs, and marketing campaigns to ensure the business remains profitable.This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.
A remuneration package between $75,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
