About your new Role: We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive impactful business and technology projects.

Project Management Excellence: Oversee projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they adhere to Brighter Super's governance framework.
You'll handle planning, financial management, risk management, and more.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Your knack for facilitating discussions and driving decisions will be key.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep track of project scopes, schedules, risk registers, and more.
Provide timely updates and status reports to executives and stakeholders.
Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary teams, manage external service providers, and represent the project at high-level meetings, including C-Suite and potentially Board meetings.
About You: Experience: At least 10 years in project delivery with a proven track record in both business and technology outcomes.
You'll need 5-10 years within the superannuation or financial services industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of superannuation registry systems and CRM applications.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, Management, or related fields, alongside relevant certifications like PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile PM, or Scrum Master.
