Together, we are building a brighter future.About your new Role:We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive impactful business and technology projects.
If you're passionate about leading projects to success, engaging with stakeholders, and making a real difference, this is your chanceProject Management Excellence: Oversee projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they adhere to Brighter Super's governance framework.
You'll handle planning, financial management, risk management, and more.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Your knack for facilitating discussions and driving decisions will be key.Documentation & Reporting: Keep track of project scopes, schedules, risk registers, and more.
Provide timely updates and status reports to executives and stakeholders.Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary teams, manage external service providers, and represent the project at high-level meetings, including C-Suite and potentially Board meetings.About You:Experience: At least 10 years in project delivery with a proven track record in both business and technology outcomes.
You'll need 5-10 years within the superannuation or financial services industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of superannuation registry systems and CRM applications.Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, Management, or related fields, alongside relevant certifications like PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile PM, or Scrum Master.Personal Attributes:Commercial Orientation: Understand member needs and focus on solutions that grow and retain our members and funds.Integrity & Collaboration: Be open, trustworthy, and a champion of a positive, collaborative culture.Self-Management: Embrace challenges, take initiative, and be accountable.Goal Oriented: Align with our mission and creatively contribute to our goals.Why choose Brighter Super:We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, where you matter
