Additionally, you will continue to build our customer base by pursuing sales leads, carrying out measures, producing job costings/quotes for customers, overseeing installations, and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities and DutiesAttending to the Sales FloorMaintain a high standard of store presentation.Assist customers visiting the store by following the standard sales process.Provide informed advice and solutions to customer needs.Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of products, and delivery options.Carry out measures for customers.Produce accurate job costing for each customer order.Provide quotes for customers and bring sales to conclusion.Developing Customer BaseCustomer follow-up procedures.Pursue all sales leads to completion.Achieve sales and profit targets set.Project ManagementOrder stock and book layers associated with jobs.Manage installation diary of installers' work.Assist in managing preparation of floor coverings and dispatch on the day of installation.Ensure completion of installation satisfactorily.Accurately maintain all customer data in the database.Maintain Store Measure Diary.Maintain Customer Sample Register.Update Daily Banking Records.Maintain Price Ticketing.Assist with Inventory Stocktake.Work StandardsComplete Customer Details forms for every prospective customer.Follow up customer inquiries in a timely manner.Send out and follow up on quotes.Be punctual for measures and quotes.Fill out paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure job costings are accurate.Achieve required sales, gross profit, and conversion targets.Skills and ExperienceSales excellence with experience in customer-facing roles (Desirable).Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a great experience to our customers (Essential).
