Leading a unified team that delivers sales, service, merchandising and maintains operational standards across all product categoriesCoaching and developing the sales team, enabling them to achieve required sales budgets through the use of JB Hi-Fi sales processEnsuring the shop floor is always maintained with high presentation standardsMaintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention proceduresAbout you A natural leader and team playerPassionate about identifying and developing talent to build careers and meet organisational goalsCustomer focused and results drivenBe able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesJB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
