We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionateSupervisor to oversee 50 diverse commercial sites, manage a motivated team, and make Sydney's landscapes greener and more vibrant

What You'll Do
As the face of our horticulture operations, you'll:
Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of 10 Team Leaders, 5 Team Members, and 5 Apprentices.
Drive the transformation of grounds and gardens into thriving, beautiful spaces.
Foster a strong safety-first culture, ensuring best practices across all activities.
Conduct toolbox meetings to share insights and build camaraderie.
Collaborate with stakeholders to tackle challenges and enhance efficiency.

What You Bring
Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
A valid White Card and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Proven leadership experience, with a knack for inspiring and developing a team.
Passion for creating and maintaining exceptional outdoor spaces.
