About Us:
Investure is a boutique brokerage led by experienced brokers who specialise in SMSF mortgages.
With our growth, we are now looking for a talented Client Service Manager to play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting our brokers.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry, with the potential to progress into a broker role in the future.
The Role:
As a Client Service Manager at Investure, your role will be dynamic, rewarding, and varied.
You will:
Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their mortgage journey Manage the administrative process, including loan applications, document collection, and lender communications Provide timely and effective updates to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage experience Support the brokers with day-to-day tasks, helping them grow their business while giving clients the best service possible Work autonomously, taking ownership of your role while being part of a close-knit team What We're Looking For:
Experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally in the finance or mortgage industry (SMSF knowledge is a bonus)
A genuine passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail A proactive and self-motivated attitude – you'll be trusted to manage your own workload The desire to grow within a business and potentially transition to a broker role down the track What's in It for You?
