THE OPPORTUNITY
Build the benefits management and realisation capability of Council during a major technology transformation project Lead best practice adoption strategies for Council and its community COULD THIS BE YOU?
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for managing change and demonstrating meaningful and measurable benefits to organisations and communities.
You will be a strategic thinker with attention to detail, committed to playing an integral role in the team that will transform Council's use of digital systems through its 'Technology Blueprint Program'.
Your positive attitude will help you build relationships with Council's varied workforce across multiple disciplines and locations.
Your excellent communication and interpretation skills will help you design and develop readiness plans to ensure a smooth adoption of new technologies.
You will be driven to work closely with leadership, project teams, and end users.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating organisation-wide engagement to enable adoption of new technology Working with implementers and designers of technology solutions to develop adoption strategies for impacted stakeholders Establish and implement best practice, fit for purpose benefits realisation approach and associated framework, aligned with Council's strategic objectives Quantify benefits, gain agreement to measures and report status of progress and achievement to stakeholders and the Tamworth community Provide leadership, coaching, and development of team members TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
NSW Drivers Licence Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or equivalent relevant experience INTERESTED?

Salary range: Grade 18 - $1,955.20 - $2,115.70 per week including super for a 35 hour work week.
Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
