NEPEAN Conveyors (a division of NEPEAN) provides fully engineered turnkey conveying and materials handling solutions, from concept to commissioning for some of the world's largest mining companies.
Established in 1985, it manufactures and markets conveyor components including pulleys, idlers, rapid advance-rapid retreat components and drive-heads, and provides on-site installation, maintenance, and relocation of conveyor installations.
To support our ongoing growth, NEPEAN Conveyors NSW are currently seeking a Junior Site Services Engineer to join our team.
This position is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in our site service team at Unanderra, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:Engineering design and support, both in-house and in the fieldConveyor system design and supportDesign calculations and engineering reports3D Design and optimisation for best value solutionsSite audits and reporting to Australian and ISO StandardsTechnical Support and problem solving for field teams and customersCreating Systems Manuals and testing proceduresSite Services and Engineering functions such as design reviews, risk assessments and execution activities.What we are looking for in an applicant:Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical Discipline)Demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor, Autocad, Professional Vault, Navisworks).Bulk Material Handling or Heavy Industrial/Mining Industry experience or exposure would be highly regarded.Working knowledge of the appropriate Australian standards such as AS4024.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Full Drivers LicenceWhy NEPEAN?Monthly Team BBQsUniforms/Reimbursement for prescription safety glassesWe value your expertise and are committed to supporting your professional growth.Be provided with an attractive remuneration package, with access to industry leading employee wellness and benefits programs.Become part of a global, successful business that values their people.Gain access to unique training experiencesEnviable career advancement opportunitiesWe pride ourselves in employing the best experts to provide global expertise, delivered locally.
