About the Role
Join the Operational Doctrine and Training (ODT) team at CFA to design and implement training programs and operational doctrine supporting CFA's service delivery. As a Program Officer, you'll develop high-quality materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements. We're seeking creative, resilient individuals with a passion for building CFA member capability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop policy, doctrine, and training
• Conducting research and analysis
• Managing programs to ensure quality, timely delivery
• Preparing relevant documentation
Desirable Contributions:
• Learning and digital design and development
• RTO compliance
• Stakeholder consultation
About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Tertiary degree in relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships to liaise, consult, influence, and facilitate effectively with diverse groups to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders
• Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and written communication skills
• Proven experience developing training and policy materials
• Proven experience in contributing to complex projects
