About the Role
Join the Operational Doctrine and Training (ODT) team at CFA to design and implement training programs and operational doctrine supporting CFA's service delivery. As a Program Officer, you'll develop high-quality materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements. We're seeking creative, resilient individuals with a passion for building CFA member capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop policy, doctrine, and training; conducting research and analysis; managing programs to ensure quality and timely delivery; and preparing relevant documentation.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
