Responsibilities include case management, improving return to work outcomes, and collaborating with various stakeholders.Your duties:Case management and utilizing clinical knowledge for return to work;Developing injury prevention programs and educating workplaces;Collaborating with stakeholders and assessing clients;Working across different schemes and assisting with return to health;Conducting assessments and identifying suitable employment opportunities.Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with ASORC or RCAA;Prior experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry preferred;Excellent communication, empathy, time management skills;NSW Driver's License and access to a car with insurance.Our core values:Integrity - honesty, ethics, and transparency;People - collaboration, fun, and high performance;Customer focus - delivering exceptional experiences;Quality & Innovation - seeking new opportunities and improvements;Sustainability - financial performance and meaningful outcomes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, embracing diversity and inclusivity.
