About the role:
Assistant Managers are responsible for restaurant operations under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
They provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to restaurant employees, lead the guest experience, problem solve day-to-day operational issues as they arise, and ensure all areas of safety legislation and brand standards are followed.

Skills & Experience: Supervisory experience preferable.
Passion for exceeding guest expectations.
High level of energy and sense of urgency.
Highly organised.
Works well in fast-paced restaurant.
Qualifications: First Aid and CPR (desirable).
National Police Check.
