6 - month contract Hybrid arrangement and flexibility Join a supportive and collaborative team About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Group Finance & Functions team for a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a strong background in partnering with senior business stakeholders within a global setting.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, providing strategic HR advice and coaching while being hands-on with case management and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters with a focus on early intervention and people-centred solutions Manage casework and demonstrate strong understanding of HR and legal frameworks.
Drive change with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo Develop and implement HR procedures, systems, templates, and reporting mechanisms Build leadership capability in HR systems and cyclical processes Facilitate organisational change through HR systems and processes About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven HR experience with strong generalist knowledge Understanding of Australian Employment Law and best practice application of relevant legislation Experience in case management and a strong HR background; familiarity with HR nuances is advantageous.
Expertise in complex workplace investigations and performance management Resilience and a passion for driving continuous improvement within a team-based culture Ability to operate in a large, dynamic organisation, delivering business objectives remotely Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultation skills Excellent time management and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Experience with the Workday HR System is highly desirable Location: Applications will be considered for Brisbane and Perth.
