HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our government client site in Brisbane's North.
This opportunity is a 6 month fixed term role, offering a work-from-home arrangement and a salary of $4393.60 – 4691.60 (plus 12.75% super) dependent on experience.
Key Details:6 months fixed term opportunityGovernment roleAttractive salary on offer About the Role:Provide strategic HR advice and support, including workforce planning, recruitment and case management activities, to deliver practical business outcomes and ensure quality people management practices.Maintain knowledge and awareness of current HR practices and systems, industrial instruments and emerging trends to ensure compliance and contribution to business improvement.Analyse payroll and other employee data to address individual and broader workforce issues, define risks and present evidence-based solutions to support decision making processes.Contribute to HR capability across the workforce through the design, development and delivery (online and face to face) of procedures, guidelines and resources.Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to support HR initiatives and meet desired outcomes.Research, review and prepare reports, briefs, submissions and other correspondence in accordance with departmental requirements.Represent the department and participate in HR projects and working groups to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes and meet business and client's needs.Contribute to team cohesiveness and capability through participation in professional development opportunities and promotion of a positive environment, respectful of the views of others.
