Job Description
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Provide expert advice on HR related issues to team members and management.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee development processes.
Conduct performance appraisals and manage conflict resolution.
Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.
Monitor HR metrics and produce reports for management.
Lead and participate in HR projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior HR Advisor' should have:
A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
