Assistant Nominated Supervisor

We are seeking an assistant Nominated Supervisor, working alongside our current team for the day to day management of the centre. The role would include admin office duties include but not limited to:
filing & office organisation such as enrolment forms up to date & data entrycontribute, through the Director, to the development of the centre or service's policiesco-ordinate centre or service operations including Occupational Health and Safety, program planning, staff trainingresponsible for the day-to-day management of the centre or service in the temporary absence of the Director and for management and compliance with licensing and all statutory and quality assurance issuesgenerally supervise all employees within the servicecompleting staff rosters for law and regulation purposescommunicate with families professionally regarding centre updates, policies & procedurescollaborate with the management team for effective centre running & high standard of education and careassisting with covers on the floor when needed for programming and lunch breaksQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification.Valid Working with Children Clearance.Approved anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training.Accredited Child Protection Training.Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Law Application Bill 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and/or My Time Our Place Framework, Education and Care Services National Law (2010), Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Family Assistance Law (Child Care Subsidy 2018).Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, team leadership and management of staff.Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation.Knowledge & compliance of the various associated Law, Regulations and Acts.ABOUT US Our centre is a 44 place a day centre, with four different age groups from babies to preschoolers.
We have a large outdoor natural play space and engage in excursions, educational incursions and have strong community connections.
We are yet to be assessed and rated though have a management team with experience of running an exceeding rated centre & uphold same standards to Cherry Blossom Early Learning Centre.
