Joining this organisation means becoming part of a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented team.About the RoleOur client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Meta (FB/IG) Performance Lead to join their growing Brisbane team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of large-scale, high-impact campaigns in a supportive environment.As the senior performance marketer, you'll be the go-to Meta expert, managing campaigns with budgets of $50k–$200k+ per month. You'll work within a skilled "Pod" team structure, driving measurable results for a diverse client portfolio while mentoring performance marketers across teams.
